Let’s Get Physical!

Sooo…apparently baby weight doesn’t melt off of me the 2nd time around.  I’m a whiner.  My husband is sick of listening to me whine about how fat I think I am.  I don’t diet, but I am cautious about what I eat.  I’m a huge believer in lifestyle dieting.  As in, be smart about what you eat in general.  I have 9 pounds to go to get where I was Pre-Max and about 14 pounds to go to get to Pre-Emory.  My downfall is…I don’t exercise…at all!  I know that’s the one thing I need to do to lose the rest of this weight.  I also have other issues (i’m tired ALL the time!) that I think exercise will help.  Therefore, I broke down and bought an elliptical today.  It’s really nice, and it has a program where you can set goals for yourself.  I’m excited about it.  I’ll keep you posted on how things go.

  1. I, too am tired of complaining about my weight. i’m pre any babies at all and 10 lbs over where i’d like to be… but as of yet my complaining has not made me actually DO anything much about it. Hope you use your elliptical more than i have so far…hopefully i’ll change that. Oh, but you look GREAT anyways!
